The chef’s specialties are distinctly flavoursome and original. On the menu : scallops, cuttlefish, prawns in squid ink sauce,  Rossini beef with Cairanne sauce and skimmed  morello mushrooms. For desserts : Pina Colada, brioche pudding, pineapple and coconut sorbet … Not to miss the delicate chocolates, smooth and fruity or full bodied, mostly conceived from Frédéric Michel’s savoir faire.
